Highlights from the 2022 Dapto Gerringong Squash Challenge

Each December, Matt and Karen Benjamin host a Fancy Dress Squash Doubles weekend at Crookwell, NSW. It's a great wind-down for players after another squash year. It's open to all ages and standards, but numbers are restricted, so get your entry in as soon as they are open. The costumes are getting more outrageous, so you'll have to put your thinking cap on to take out some of the costume prizes.

Gerringong Squash Club opens its doors for the first time since major renovations in 2018. Special matches were put on by premier league players who came down from Wollongong.

The inaugral Gerringong Challenge against Dapto. 15 minutes none stop per match in 35 degree heat. Lucky the pub was just across the car park.

Thanks once again to Matt and Karen Benjamin for a great Xmas Squash Doubles w/e. As promised, the costumes and antics went off the rickter scale. What a barrel of laughs! I don't know how some of the players were able to move around the court.

Dapto Squash put on a Charity Squash Doubles Day to raise funds for local cancer sufferers, including one of their own survivors.

The IDSRA Premier League paid a special visit to Gerringong Squash Club to demonstrate squahs being played at a very highh level.
